Anne Marie is a Senior Associate at GHS. Her interest in global health stems from her international experience, which began with teaching English in Chisinau, Moldova. After beginning her career as a Pricing Analyst at Progressive Insurance, she pursued her passion for global health at Rotary International, where she worked as a Regional Grants Officer, coordinating humanitarian grant projects taking place in Francophone Africa. Immediately prior to joining GHS, she worked in advocacy and communications as a Global Health Officer at the United Nations Foundation. Her portfolio covered a range of issues, including polio, malaria, HIV/AIDS, and antimicrobial resistance (AMR). Anne Marie holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Notre Dame and a Master of Public Health as well as a Graduate Certificate in Vaccine Science and Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. She is fluent in French.
