Dina Montemarano is a Senior Associate at Global Health Strategies. Prior to joining GHS, Dina volunteered with WorldTeach South Africa in Cape Town, where she helped lead Ikamva Youth’s Winter School program for Masiphumelele township students. As a 2012 Teach For America corps member, Dina spent two years teaching at Success Academy Williamsburg in Brooklyn, NY. While teaching, Dina earned her Master’s degree at Relay Graduate School of Education. She also spent time interning at the Skimm in 2013, and was responsible for the company’s campus ambassador program.
Dina graduated cum laude from the University of Notre Dame in 2012, where as a Program of Liberal Studies major she spent most of her time reading and discussing “Great Books.” During her time at Notre Dame, Dina spent two summers interning at Goldman Sachs, where she supported business development efforts with the firm's strategically important clients. While at Notre Dame, Dina served on Class Council and was a captain of the Women’s Boxing Club.
