Elliot Epstein has spent his career working in talent and education. He was most recently the Director of Talent at Success Academy Charter Schools, where he tripled the size of his team and supported the organization's growth from 22 to 41 schools while it remained the highest-performing charter network in New York. He previously worked at Two Sigma Investments, where he led searches for senior roles and served on the Organization and People Development Team.
Elliot began his career in education as a Teach For America (TFA) corps member, leading his elementary schools students in the South Bronx and Harlem to significant academic gains. After teaching, he joined TFA's Recruitment Team and managed campaigns at selective colleges and universities across the northeast while serving on TFA's Senior Admissions Committee. Elliot was previously a Coro Fellow in Public Affairs in New York City and earned a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Brown University.
Outside of work, Elliot is an avid CrossFitter, enjoys improv classes, and lives with his fiancé and their rescue dog, Walter.
