Sophie Zheng received her bachelor’s degree in pharmacy with an emphasis in pharmacology from China Pharmaceutical University in June 2010. During her four years of undergraduate studies, Sophie participated in lots of national innovation experiment programs and was awarded for outstanding performance. In late 2010, based on a keen interest in public health and policy analysis, she furthered her education at the same university and earned a master's degree in pharmaceutical administration.
Sophie’s experience in public health policy analysis spans essential medicine system, marketing authorization holder system, clinical trial management system, and drug research & discovery. She has a passion for many aspects of public health, but accelerating the translation of project results into pharmaceutical products is at the top of the list. She served as a research intern at the Southern California Clinical and Translational Science Institute during her exchange studies at the University of Southern California. Prior to GHS, Sophie also interned at Shanghai Zan Health Communication Consulting.
