Katina Hubbard is a Communications Associate at Global Health Strategies, where she assists the development and implementation of media campaigns in the developing world.

Ms. Hubbard joined GHS in 2007 as an intern specializing in African media. Since then she has helped manage projects focusing on sub-Saharan Africa, South Asia, and the Middle East. An experienced grant writer, Ms. Hubbard also works with GHS' resource mobilization programs.

As a documentarian and, previously, a student, Ms. Hubbard has worked extensively in Kenya, as well as in Tanzania, Uganda, Rwanda, and the DRC.

Ms. Hubbard holds a B.A. in Black Studies from Amherst College, and is highly proficient in Kiswahili.
